We guarantee our sod to be alive, true to name as sold and in good planting
condition upon pick-up or delivery. There is no guarantee expressed or implied for the survivability of sod under
conditions beyond our control (i.e. insufficient watering, improper installation and handling, chemical or fertilizer burn,
or sod left on pallet beyond day of delivery).

Plants, sod and allied deliveries will be made Monday through Friday.
Saturday deliveries are available spring and fall.

All customers will be called the afternoon prior to the delivery and given
a two hour window when the delivery will be made. Customers must be present at the time of delivery.

All claims for damaged material or improper quantities must be addressed
with the driver when the delivery is made. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We make plant deliveries with either a flatbed or box trailer with or without
Mcstacks. If the plant delivery is made on Mcstacks, we will send equipment to take them off the flatbed and place them on
the driveway or street. It is the PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY to unload the Mcstacks. It is the PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY
to also unload any trees or plants shipped on trucks without Mcstacks. We will tailgate the material, but will not unload.

All COD deliveries will be paid before the driver leaves the drop site,
or material will be brought back to then nursery.

We will not be responsible for expenses accrued by the purchaser for late
deliveries if the circumstances of the delivery were out of our control (e.g.: accidents, traffic, mechanical failure of the
truck, etc.).

Weather rarely influences shipping; therefore cancellations should be made
24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Customers canceling after this time will accrue a $50.00 cancellation fee.

A property release form must be signed by the customer in order for the
equipment to access the property.

Due to a rigorous time schedule, the drivers may choose to add an additional
charge for long driveways, or small roads that our trucks cannot maneuver and the Princeton must be used to carry material
to the jobsite.
NOTE: FREIGHT THAT EXCEEDS A 50-MILE RADIUS WILL AUTOMATICALLY ACCRUE AN ADDITIONAL
FREIGHT CHARGE. THE CHARGE WILL BE NEGOTIATED BETWEEN PURCHASER AND SALESPERSON OR DELIVERY COORDINATOR.
NOTE: A FUEL SURCHARGE OF $25.00 WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SOD DELIVERIES AND DUMP
TRUCK DELIVERIES.
