Installing plants with low water requirements:
While other areas of the country and world have dealt with water shortages for
years, Georgia has taken our supply for granted. Fortunately, we do not have to blindly head into this new age of water saving;
our predecessors have established methods we can now emulate. There is no need to give up America's number one hobby because
of water issues, but we do need to change our approach to design and adapt to the changing of the times.
While no plant requires no water, there is a
wide variety of plants that require minimal water once established.
